Ownership Over Tickets
We hire people who can own a client relationship and a system end-to-end, not just close out assigned tasks. You'll have direct client contact from day one.
Remote & Flexible
We care about the quality of the work and how you communicate with clients, not where or exactly when you do it.

We evaluate people on skill, judgment, and how they work with clients — not background. We welcome applicants of any race, gender, age, religion, disability status, or nationality.
Depth Over Headcount
We're growing slowly and intentionally. We'd rather bring on the right person a bit later than fill a seat quickly.
